- Identify patients who should be screened for HIV at appropriate intervals.
- Assess eligibility for PrEP among patients seen in your practice.
- Assess factors associated with the aging population, such as social stigma and polypharmacy, that may complicate HIV treatment or warrant special considerations.
- Evaluate data concerning safety and efficacy of switching virally suppressed patients to medications with lower risk of side effects or drug interactions or those with simpler dosing/administration requirements.
