Dr. Corey Hebert is an Assistant Professor at both LSU Health Sciences Center and Tulane University Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana and has been the Principal Investigator on over 60 phase 1, 2 and 3 FDA regulated clinical trials on various nutritional and pharmacotherapeutic agents.

Dr. Hebert is an award-winning medical broadcast journalist, working as on-air Chief Medical Editor for the CBS television affiliate in New Orleans and the Gulf Coast region of the United States, as well as the Chief Medical correspondent for Black News Channel. He has made hundreds of appearances on national television networks and outlets such as CNN, CBS, National Geographic, Good Morning America and the Today Show.

He has served as the Chairman of the Executive Advisory Council of the National Health Service Corps and was previously on the CDC advisory board on Influenza. He has been the author on dozens of peer reviewed journal publications, most recently in the New England Journal of Medicine and the Journal of Human Vaccines and Immunotherapeutics. He is currently the principal investigator on multiple Covid-19 vaccine and monoclonal antibody trials. He is the Chief Medical Officer of Dillard University and Chief Technology Officer of Dolphin Medical Imaging.
